I understand that a non refundable deposit of $200 per week is required to enroll in the Advantage Day Camp Program. I understand that the balance is due before the start of each season. On any unpaid balance, there is a late charge of 5% per month. I hereby authorize HCK Recreation dba Advantage Tennis Clubs to charge my balance (when due) to my credit card. Advantage Tennis Clubs reserves the right to use videos or photographs of participants for promotional purposes.
